Ginger Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
5 fl oz Soy Sauce
3 oz Honey
Juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon veg oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic crushed
4 –6 chicken breasts
Method
Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken overnight.
To cook, butterfly chicken breasts and cook under hot grill 5 minutes each side
