All In One Banana & Walnut Loaf
180 C for 50 mins
Ingredients
3 oz soft margarine or very soft butter (75g)
4 oz caster sugar (110g)
1 large egg, beaten
8oz plain flour (225g)
2 level teaspoons baking powder
4 medium bananas, peeled
grated rind of 1 orange
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 oz walnuts (50g), roughly chopped
Makes 1 2lb loaf tin
