Oven chips
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into long chips
4 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
I tbsp sea salt
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C/390F/Gas 6.
- Place the potato chips in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with the thyme leaves, salt and garlic and season.
- Place the potato chips flat on a baking tray and cook into the oven for 15/20 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
- Serve with Pesto Salmon and Aoili.
