Oranges With Rosewater & Pomegranate Seeds
Serves 4
Ingredients
5 juicy oranges, blood oranges if available
4 tablespoons rosewater
Seeds of one pomegranate
A sprinkling of icing sugar if necessary
Method
- Using a sharp knife, peel the oranges cutting away as much white pith as possible. Slice thinly and arrange on a serving plate. If you feel that the oranges are not sweet enough dust with a little sieved icing sugar.
- Spoon the rosewater over the oranges and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
- Serve immediately.
