Easter Cookery Course
Critically acclaimed Powersfield House in West Waterford is planning to revive Easter Traditions. Eunice, the author of ‘Cook With Stanley Cookbook’ has devised a clever repertoire of Easter recipes which will Wow family and friends whilst preserving the sanity of the cook.
Recipes include lemon hot cross buns, mint sauce, good friday pie, tender spring lamb, lemon and passion fruit curd, easter chocolate meringue nest.
Eunice said - “Easter in our home is a time to regroup with family and friends, as I am the cook in the family it is imperative for me to be organised so that I can take part in the fun, rather than be chained to the stove!”
