Cookery Courses at Powersfield House
Eunice Power opened her home at Powersfield House, Dungarvan, County Waterford as a restaurant in 2001, which was subsequently listed in John and Sally McKennas Bridgestone Guide This is not conservative country house cooking, this is gee-whizz food from a cook with real verve. Eunice has recently written a cookery book for Waterford Stanley, and teaches cookery at her lovely home and guesthouse in Dungarvan.
